Trip enquiries and interest lists

When you submit a trip form, Sojourna Travels collects your name, email address, phone number and any country or message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the trip you selected. The form records your consent and submission date.

Where your information goes

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and can be viewed by the Sojourna administrator. They are not displayed publicly. Website hosting providers process the information needed to run the service. Limited, hashed network information is used temporarily to reduce form abuse.

Your choice

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry, or stop contacting you, by messaging @sojournatravels on Instagram. Include the trip name so we can locate your enquiry. We keep enquiries while the relevant trip is being planned or followed up, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

No payment or sensitive details

These forms do not collect payment details. Please do not submit passport information, medical information or other sensitive documents.

Other services

Photography is loaded from Unsplash and Wikimedia Commons, and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive the network information needed to deliver those assets. Admin access uses a password-protected session on this website. The visitor pages do not add advertising trackers.
